Joined T Capital Partners in February 2026. Appointed President and Representative Director of T Capital Innovations in March 2026.

After graduating from university, he began his career as a certified tax accountant at an accounting firm. In 2003, he joined Sweet Garden Co., Ltd. (formerly Takarabune Co., Ltd., now part of the Yamazaki Baking Group), a portfolio company of T Capital (then Tokio Marine Capital). As Executive Officer and Head of the Corporate Administration Division, he led numerous business transformation initiatives and supported the company through to exit.

In 2007, he joined Frontier Management Inc. (Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market; “FMI”), where, as Managing Director, he led a wide range of projects including business turnarounds, management improvement, business succession, and M&A transactions. At FMI, he built extensive expertise in hands-on execution support and management reform for small- and mid-sized enterprises. As Senior Executive Officer, he oversaw the management execution support division for seven years and developed it into one of the firm’s core business units. Most recently, he served as Representative Director, President and COO of the company.

He has also served as Outside Director of Shoei Co., Ltd. (now Hulic Co., Ltd.) and WILLER Inc., an emerging company. He is currently an Outside Director of 77 Partners Co., Ltd., an investment subsidiary of The 77 Bank, Ltd., and a member of its investment committee. He is a certified tax accountant.

He began his career at independent investment company, where he was engaged in private equity investment activities, including evaluation of new investment opportunities and management of existing portfolio companies.

He later joined PwC, where he was engaged in M&A advisory services.

He subsequently joined financial investment company, where he was engaged in buyout investments. He managed the entire investment cycle from sourcing and execution to value creation and exit. He also served as Director and Corporate Auditor at several portfolio companies, providing hands-on growth and management support.

He worked Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC, where he was engaged in M&A advisory services. His experience includes financial due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and sell-side advisory services.

He joined Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., where he participated in M&A advisory engagements

He subsequently joined invest company, where he was engaged in buyout investments. He covered the investment lifecycle.
